Can I Break The Contract!?

Hi.

I moved in to Singapore end of 2007, signed 2 years contract with my condo.

Some problem happened which seems quite seriouse, can anyone advise me please?
The point is;
-If I can break the contract before 1 year stay and with money back

Regarding the contracts, it says that I need to stay at least 1 year or money is refundable. If leave earlier, it not happen.

What happened is;
-My bed room located Upstairs neighbor's shower room. Caz of this, my room is quite wet and often turns moldy. Spoke to management re this,management wrote letter as upstairs owner need to repair of it but it seems like just painted the wall.

-On my skin, I've been suffered some allergy for month and went to see doctors. They said that caused by mold spores.

And I found lots small small insects on the ceiling today.

My agent and owner, they dont want to talk strong to neighbor. Neighbor dont want to pay to fix properly.

I can not sleep in my bed room anymore, could anyone please advise me if I can break my contract with full money back?

I believe you may find that mold spores in the appartment is a very serious health hazard, you need to contact the ministry of health, with your doctors support, you should be able to enforce the issue, without yourself causing to much noise, health inspector will evaluate the danger, there is a good chance if you inform your landlord, what is going to happen, that he will get it fixed...because he may be held liable, for your health. Painting will not get rid of it!

problem is, landlord is agent's husbund.

so they dont wanna me to leave. Who should I talk with the best and I want to break the contract, move to pieceful place.
