I bought this lipstick and the structure is appeared to be so soft that it started to melt, even though i was keeping it in the cool place . I couldn't apply it on my lips and finally it was squashed from one touch

I had the same lipstick i've got from Moscow some time ago and i had no problem with it...i've just wondering why is that?
