Just a couple hours 2-3 times a week will keep you fit and toned without too much bulk.
Continue with your walking and running.
Carrying heavier weights while walking ("Power walking"- 2 to 5 kg per limb) may also be a good way to exercise.
Overall this will help increase your appetite to help add some muscle weight.
Yeah i take note for all these advises..
But carrying more heavier weights??
Come on, i'm only a

who is turning 21 soon..
I dont want my veins around my hand, arm looking like a man's
It just aint woman..
hehe

Being a girl or being almost 21 are not good reasons for not trying to make yourself look better.
Besides, there's no need to worry.
You will not end up looking like a man (it's a myth).
Sculpted bulges take way more work than a few walks with weights in the evening or going to the gym a mere 2-3 times a week.
It takes many, many hours in the gym with very heavy weights and with someone (a workout buddy or coach) pushing you.
As for the veins, they only pop when you are actually lifting.
This is where the term "pumping iron" came from.
To get the right look in bodybuilding competitions, body builders have to lift weights just before going on stage.
Rest too long and it all goes away.
Weightlifting could be good for muscle tone and confidence.
In fact, you might even be able to add curves, which would be more feminine.
However, as with any exercise regimen, it might be best to check with your doctor first (have you done this yet?).
