I rent a room in SINGAPORE. I found that my landlord created a "fake" tenancy agreement for me. He use other person's name as the Landlord on the Tenancy agreement instead of the actual landlord's name.(1)Can I log a police report on this matter?(2)What is the penalty for this unlawful act of making a fake tenancy agrement? Please give me advice. TQ.
