Hello every body

I'm an Indonesian Chinese 33yrs old, now working in a Company based in Singapore, I worked in Batam-Indonesia in their branch office. Our businessess are Asphalt, Fuel Oil, Lubricants and Tankers. I'm a MBA graduated from Australia, and has working experience for 13 years, as Manager Marketing Manager for 5 years, in Oil business, FMCG, Export Import and Commodity. I want to work in Singapore, any body can help me?

how about an internal transfer to the singapore office?

Well, in the beginning they promised me to become the marketing manager after my training and work in Batam, but it has already been almost a year, and they've already have recruited Marketing manager for twice in singapore after I work for 3 months, I asked abt my transfer to singapore but they only said I'll be transfered later, and I don't think the management of this company is professional, and turn over is also quite high.
