apply for singapore LPR with no accreditation university

hello,
i would like to apply for singapore LPR, one of my concern is i my university status. i graduated in indonesia collage which have affiliation with University Columbus, Picayune, Mississippi, USA. but i just found that this university have no accreditation. :( too late to know it.
i just want to know with this current status can i have success rate to apply LPR or not?
i also have 4 years experience in computer
and 2 certified from microsoft which is MCDST and MCSA (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technical and Microsoft Certified System Administrator)

Only way is to apply for it and see, I suspect they take every case on their own merits, with possible quotas in place for race.
