Make a Credit Card

I'd like to make a credit card, could anyone know cover belows?

My most priority is Flight millege - UA ( Star Alliance GP might be fine. )
I've been save mileage on UA past couple years, hence I wont change to SQ or other flight mile cards.

Searched AMEX site but didnt get clear answer.
Please advise!!!

You're Oz, right? Do you have an existing card in AUS, and also please advise you want a CREDIT card, not a CHARGE card.

I need those two snippets of info to advise you - I have done a HEAP of research here on it.

I'm sure it's illegal to just make credit cards

wrt UA, i ama a member too but the only cards i can find here in SG add miles to either SQ or AsiaMiles programs.

Ahh ObiWan - there is a way to get StarAlliance points on an SG card - hence which I need the info !!!

What is the SG card....? is it local bank card?

Local cards will give you the option of changing points to KrisWorld, of Singapore Airlines, not UA or LH etc.
