Hotels/apt near the National University Hospital?

Hi there I'm traveling to Singapore in late April and am looking for clean & cheap accomodation near the National University Hospital? Any recommendations on hotels/hostels/service apt? Thanks!

I checked the Harbour Ville is already fulled. What about the Santa Grand (West Coast)? Is it also close to NHU (which one is closer compared to Pasir Panjang)?

Seems like even with staycations in hotels, it's difficult for hotels to fill the hole of foreign tourists which make up 90% of the customers. Not...
