Anyone has any effective ways (non surgical) of getting rid or lightening of scars?

you might want to try the cream Merderma which is available from Guardian.. recommended by my friend who works in the clinic but i've not use that before

Does it helps for deep cut scar? Like those surgery scar...

sorry mate... i got no idea about deep surgery scar.. there's no harm trying since it's not expensive cream

you can try imu6..it can be taken orally or applied onto scars.my fren used it and its reali gd.but effects depends on individual ba:)

You can try pure Vit E cream. Vit E is known for its healing properties by itself. There's a beauty brand from Germany called Brigitte Methode Kessner, available only at beauty parlors. If you've heard of this brand, then you can check out their Vit E Cream. Otherwise just PM me and I can let you know where to get it.

My friend used it on her burnt skin (got scalded by iron) and the scar lightened considerably. The cream comes in a very tiny tub and is rather expensive (SGD 50) as it's full of Vit E goodness.

i would recommend Merderma or rosehip oil.
i m stil using mederma for surgery scars, its helping slowly.
rosehip oil is good for minor scars like pimples or chicken pox.
never too late to change!
