Longer maternity leave if you are PR v EP?

Post by hogsee » Mon, 10 Mar 2008 6:31 pm

Hi, was wondering if other people had any experience of whether you get 3 months maternity leave if you are a PR rather than an EP holder (I understand it is 2 months if EP). Also can CPF be offset against maternity costs if you have no company insurance? How soon can you spend accumulated CPF?

I work for a small company and am the first pregnant EP holder. This is a surprise pregnancy, we were contemplating taking up PR anyway as we will be here for a long time. If anyone has any thoughts, please do share!

thanks so much

Pretty much. Doctors had said it was nigh impossible! Any thoughts on PR v EP?
