oh man.. i thought it was just me. guess they have raised the bar a lot higher.
so far i have applied to 3 companies (caas,SQ, rolls royce) on aviation positions but got rejected. guess aviation will just be my passion and not career

hey there! its probably got to do with the period that you guys apply too! for ATCO, their intake is around March + August..

For March intake, you probably gotta apply around Oct - Nov ( thats when i applied)
For Aug intake probably gotta apply ard March - April ( i guess).

They will schedule you for aptitude test first, followed by the first interview. Voice test will be with the first interview, just need to read out a few paragraphs.
