Market Rental price of a 4+1 room HDB?

I have a 4 room HDB flat in 25 Marsiling Drive. It's a 4 room HDB + 1 storeroom. 2 of the bedrooms has aircon.

Would like to check with you what is the market rental price?

If all the way out in Marsiling, probably no more than 1300 to 1500 tops.
