better off leaving that stuff at home. here is a breakdown:
In Singapore, the Customs Authorities perform physical inspections of inbound shipments of household goods.
ALCOHOL
Bringing alcohol into Singapore may cause delays in Customs approval. We would thus advise against it.
1 Document the exact number of bottles, types of alcoholic beverages, alcohol content and bottle size.
2 Duties & GST are imposed on the liquor/wine/spirit
• Still Wine (Red, Rose, While) SGD $9.50 per liter
• Sparkling Wine (Champagne) SGD $13 per liter
• Liquor, Whiskey, Vodka, Brandy, Cognac, etc. SGD $13 per liter
• Cost price of bottles must be provided for computation of GST.
• The bottles should be packed in clearly marked boxes and placed in an easily accessible position in container/lift vans to facilitate customs clearance and delivery.
• If spirit / wine are not listed with Singapore Customs, a test will be carried out by the Department Science Services and the duty will be levied according to the alcohol content. Cost of testing is SGD$80 per bottle, and may cause considerable delays (up to 2 months) in clearing the alcohol.
You can always try putting it in your container and not declaring but I have a friend who did that and they found a lot of booze and not only was the stuff held up in customs but they had to pay a ridiculous fine.
