What are recent trends for housing packages for non- C-Level expats?
My current employer, a mid-size US based software firm, is opening a Singapore based office. I was presented an offer that includes zero housing allowance. The overall compensation pack is good in the long term, however, in the short term, commissions will be minimal while operations are getting up & running. I'm at the Director level, not at the corp exec level.
