Anyone have a good recommendation for Air Conditioning service contractors?
Or also any recommendation on how things work in this wonderful little red dot?
We aren't satisfied with our current one. Our air-con broke in our apartment, and the service guys came over twice to fix it. It's still broke, so we requested them to come over early in the morning on Monday, to meet our schedule. They complained that we were being unreasonable and now they are wanting to drop our contract and refund us our money.
So we'll choose another one, but we've only got ~4 more months in this place.
A. Are we being unreasonable? Our agent said that Air Cons are quite old in our apartment, but we are paying for the servicing already, and they haven't fixed it yet, after 2 trips already. Sounds to me like they're incompetent either way.
B. Any recommendations on a reasonably-priced contractor that won't milk the expat?
