Tips for increasing height

Post by uglyscratcher » Sat, 01 Mar 2008 2:51 pm

Hello all,

Recently i've been to the SIA interview and they measured my height at 157.5cm. They rejected immediately on the spot without letting me to try to reach the safety compartment height. I am very sure that i can reach that 208cm. I'm only 5mm shorter. So i wondered who said those 157cm can still get through, that is so not true... -.-

Any tips on increasing that 5mm? Not a lot really. It's less than 1cm. I feel so wasted and disappointed because i prepare so much for the interview!!

So any tips on how to tie my hair? I've got long hair. Or any vids to show how to tie the hair to make up that 5mm?

Let me know!!

uglyscratcher, pity you...
yeap, it is frustrating that you are not qualified just because of your height.

What time did you go to the interview?
I recommend you to go very early in the morning or, go to interview right after you wake up. Do you know that height is longer after you just wake up !! if you went to the interview after you wake up 3-4 hours later, it is very likely that your height has diminished 0.5-1 cm very easily.

test it now, your height will be 157 or whatever, tommorrow morning, i am sure, it is more than 158.

And one another tip, stretch your body at least 30 minutes everyday.
your legs and arms, neck too.

This won't work, I have seen it repeated time and time again in this thread: 'They take your height several times'.
And one another tip, stretch your body at least 30 minutes everyday.
your legs and arms, neck too.
Stuff and nonsense; once you have stopped growing there is no way you will get taller.

uglyscrather, oopss... you went very early in the morning.
try to strech your body. but this only works for long term.

I found a website about 'height taller in the morning' metabolism.
http://grow-taller-secret.blogspot.com/ ... -then.html

Hello, Cody. The main reason you're taller in the morning than at night is due to the force of gravity. You see, all day long gravity pushes down on our vertebrae, pushing water out from between our spinal disks. All this pressure can cause us to lose up to an inch off of our height during the day. At night, the water diffuses back between our disks, elongating us once again. Of course, since we are in a horizontal position, the force of gravity will not affect us negatively.

I would not say anymore in public because the unwanted or scams are in everywhere and saying just non-sense when he doesn't know about it.
Usually, they only measure just 'once' in the whole process.
I've read on the web that a 'short' girl got hired to SIA after her second try who has failed first time due to her short height. This is just your luck. And also read a short one was hired by emirates even she was not reaching the minimum height.

anyway, streching helps your body from degenrationing as well.

You are the one who doesn't know about it; don't listen to my comment go and talk to your doctor, an anthropologist or anybody qualified in anatomy they will tell you the same thing! However, if you want to live in a fantasy world then that is your problem.

You are either short on memory or haven't read very much if anything in this section since as I said and if you can be bothered to search these threads several people have mentioned they take your height more than once.

I think it is another part of your body that needs help to stave off degeneration.

Since you have descended to this level it is clear to me that you can neither accept criticism, humour or worst of all simple facts. Post one more comment like that and I will quite happily disable your account
