durian - if you're in the market for some new books - they are having a book fair on new bridge road (off bras basah) - i wandered in by accident while on my way to the library and there were TONS of excellent childrens books at 30% off already discounted prices. i saw a couple of books i'd actually bought full price in borders! i didn't realize they were 30% off the sticker price and i bought 3 books for $8! crazy. anyhow - fair is on until 16th - check it out if you can.

oh yeah, must be bras basah complex where a lot of book stores are. i will have a look there. thanks for the head up.
