Extreme Makeover ( Sg-Version! )
Extreme Makeover ( Sg-Version! )
Anyone wanna join my extreme makeover programme with me myself included? I am planning the following changes to myself, and you could too!
- weight loss ( 66 kg to 56 kg - 10 kg aim )
- liposuction on stubborn areas after weight loss ( neck, thigh, tummy )
- botox ( jaw - do 3rd jab )
- rhinoplasty
- chin augmentation surgery
- jaw reduction surgery
- zygomatic reduction
- lower lip reduction (?)
- lifestyle changes - get fitter - e.g. gym, swimming, water sports
- get tanned, do my hair
- resolve acne scars further even though I have a very good complexion already.
- reduce dark eye circles
I've a Sony VideoCam and was trained in video production in Sec schl. Anyone keen? We could use this to motivate ourselves to trudge on =) Also, recommend KISS Weight Loss. Its available in most libraries i guess. Its really helpful. Rmb. Weight loss is about lifestyle change... and for fitness... rather than aesthetic and the number on the scales =). For your info , im 1.75 m 66 kg.. not overweight.. but my fat content is quite high.

I would rather stick with my weight management program which made me lose 4kg in a months time then losing 10kg with yours through so many operations

It's a pity that most of us are our own worst critic.

I always dread having surgeries, so when I saw the list, it just seem pretty bad for me.
However I still wish you good luck

I'm already quite good looking now or "cute" lol, in real life, according to friends ( somehow look diff in photos cos of mii nose lol. ), but I really wish to be those super-cute category. And I'm really excited over the transformation thats going to happen !! i have consulted with close friends and they agree that getting thinner, sharper nose and sharper face is the way to go ( i have a average nose with blunt tip and a averagely-shaped face now ).
Hope my surgeries are a success.. My budget is S$10 000

I wish you good luck then though I still insist on the concept that being natural is beauty on its own.
Spending 10k just to change my outlook just isnt for me
P.S. If possible can I like get a photo of you, I would really love to see how you look like now, so after your surgeries i can see just how much you have change

and i also want to congratulate u on your bravery b4hand becos as a person who is already on the path, it will be a pretty painstaking and long journey... choose ur surgeons well and determine the exact look u want, otherwise revisions will mean more money, more time, more pain
Next: Forehead augmentation, botox, RF

i guess i'll show the videos halfway into it =) im look abit fat now .. sigh!
here's the cost breakdown for the 10k makeover. im doing this out of my own pocket, and im in ns now.. so u can guess how little i can afford. but im getting my A level results, and once i complete univ, i'm able to do so much more if i get a double degree.
Tentative cost estimate : SGD 8600
1) weight loss - literally free.
2) liposuction on stubborn areas after weight loss ( neck, thigh, tummy ) - 400 per area, optional, at dr nara
botox ( jaw - do 3rd jab ) - done in sg costs $800 per 60 units each side.
3) rhinoplasty - 1.1 k SGD at tokai, with 0.1k alarplasty at nara
4) chin augmentation surgery - 400 SGD at nara
5) jaw reduction surgery - 2.5k SGD at Tokai
6) zygomatic reduction - 2.5 k at Tokai
7) lifestyle changes - get fitter - e.g. gym, swimming, water sports - virtually none!
8) get tanned, do my hair - almost none
9) resolve acne scars further even though I have a very good complexion already. - almost none. i just need to maintain by doing regular masks. my acne scars have almost all faded except two small scars. seems like perfect complexion now without even blackheads.
10) reduce dark eye circles - eye masks, and rest. not been sleeping recently.
I might be doing revision rhinoplasty but that depends on the result.. is it possible to be tweaked further? risk-benefit ratio? Would be going to Dr Jung to do revision. But that requires like SGD 8000 so its like! After this extreme makeover programme =)

hi edalp09256
What boii is going through now is a series of makeover from head to toe. If your friend is keen to reduce weight, I can help her. Personally, I'm overweight too! Tried Vaser liposuction, Duromine before but it doesn't work as weight will bounce back. I was 97kg two months ago. After taking certain products and other minerals with acupunture, I'm now 87kg.
Just post the name and address of the company, otherwise we might think that you are soliciting business. This is especially true when you dredge up old posts to post identical messages. The next instance will result in the locking of your account.

Here's a report! I'm on Day 20 of my project. My initial weight was mis-reported. Its actually 66. Current weight is 64 kg. I weigh at the same time ( when I wake up ) and am sure its accurate
What I did was merely to exercise 30 mins daily ( jogging ) and make lifestyle changes like go hiking on wkends, walk more, etc. I didn't cut down on my diet that much ( merely ate less for dinner ). Also did some light strength training. To admit, my mouth has been itchy!!
My Rhinoplasty is on Mar 22 , at 10 am in the morning.
On the 2nd week after my Rhino, I'm aiming to step up my exercise regimen to include brisk-walking, swimming and basketball ^^ which means from 30 mins daily exercise to around 2 hours daily of exercise.
And of course, start on a low-calorie diet. ( not too low to slow metabolism though, arnd 1500 cal a day )
Hope to lose 4 kg to reach a nice 60 kg within 4-6 weeks.
Haha
I'll be doing botox on May 12. I treat it was a reward. If I reach 60 kg by May 12, I will do the botox injection xD.

Yes!! My weight before PS is 64 kg, and I have done a nose job, went perfect. Can't wait for results to improve ( though its already very good. )
More info on the P.S. in Thailand thread in this forum ( pages 101 onwards )
However, I have gained weight due to eating alot after PS. but i guess its required to recover quickly. I will watch my diet from now.
Eating alot does not mean eating healthy!
Next destination! Cheap and good jaw botox. Any ideas where?
