Neoprene - where can I buy it ???

Post by DPD » Sun, 24 Feb 2008 6:07 pm

Hi, does anyone know where I might be able to buy lengths of neoprene (a friend wants to have a go at making his own stubby (bottle/can) holders.

Thanks
Elaine

Well equipped dive shops should have it. Problem is while there are a number of dive shops here I'm not sure how good they are.

Or you can try these places who claim to have neoprene sheets:

Straits Rubber & Engineering Plastic Pte Ltd
126 Owen Road Singapore 218930
Tel : 6293-3823
Fax : 6293-7002

Swees Rubber Industrial
3006 Ubi Road 1 #04-368 Singapore 408700
Tel : 6842-5115
Fax : 6842-6116

Ng Eng Guan Industry & Supplier Pte Ltd
2 Kallang Avenue 148 A / B KALLANG AVENUE INDUSTRIAL CENTRE Singapore 339466
Tel : 6293-3650
Fax : 6297-2210

HLN Rubber Products Pte Ltd
16 Kallang Place #01-16/18 Singapore 380011
Tel : 6746-1366
Fax : 6295-6080

Good luck with the stubby holders.

That what I get for assuming they were looking for somewhere in Singapore. :(

Thanks sundaymorningstaple, you're a star. As I live in Singapore, that's definitely where I was hoping to buy some neoprene - you assumed correctly :D

I will call the suppliers you listed.

Thanks again
