imo it will be pretty pricey to have a haircut in town. if you dun mind trying, take a bus 36 [from douby ghaut, outside plaze sing] to roxy square, a building opposite parkway parade.

heard from my guy friends that there are excellent barbers there who give a good and affordable haircut, and they have great massaging services for your upper back too!

i just moved near Dhoby Gaut.

There's a place in the basement of Plaza Singapura. it advertises a fast haircut for S$10. It's a japanese chain. I go to both the one in Plaza Singapura and the one in Raffles Place. Both are okay, although definitely not high end places. BUT IT's very quick and dirty cheap.
