The old traditional chinese method of drinking vinegar is probably the best, after 3500 years of history, and scientific proof that it does work, and is in fact a very good drink. Not sour at all, all you can taste is the fruit flavours. there is one brand designed for drinking on a daily basis. Pai Chi hen I think its called, from NTUC.
This is also a metabolic stimulator and enhances the immune system to protect against bacteria and virus attacks, like SARS. visit www.drinkingvinegar.com to learn more.
Do u noe that is it ok for those ppl who r having gastric problem to drink vinegar???

Although drinking vinegar can help with some gastric problems, like too much acid in the stomach, vinegar will help neutralise the acid, it will also help with to much gas, although it also depends which vinegar you drink.
Aloe or Orange will detox you, and on occssions will give you a little wind. most others, of which i am not allowed to name, will be ok if you have too much wind, or acid reflux.
However my advice is to ask the doctor to examine you for your problem, there is a possibility of gastric ulcers caused by to much stomache acid, if this occurs, the vinegar will only irritate the problem.
A good way is to test your urine, with litmus paper, to see if you have to much acid, or too much alkaline, either way, vinegar can help. After you get clearence that you have no ulcers.
If you are just having wind, the vinegar is ok, but you should detox first with Aloe or Orange from NTUC, to clear the system out, then go onto a different flavour, gassy tummy is caused alot by fried foods, which stimulate the production of tummy acid, to breakdown the food.
Actually, what is the problem of your immune system?
Two major disease that related to immune system are Multiple Sclerosis(MS) and Myasthenia Gravis(MG)
If your friend has Multiple Sclerosis(MS) http://beautybiotech.blogspot.com/2006/ ... le_25.html.
However, if you want a supplement to Myasthenia Gravis(MG). I recommend GT&F Milk Powder. A milk powder developed for diabetes but have good effect on Myasthenia Gravis(MG). Testimonial by Ex-Taiwan Premier Tang Fei.

They get rich from..... PANADOL, ANTIBIOTICS & PAINKILLERS..
And they themselves say it leads to CANCER
And people STILL take it EVERYDAY!...
AT the end of the day... people went thru expensive treatment and go away forever...
And I can't understand why people still believe them...

hi all, saw the conversation that you guys were talking about.
actually, there is no right or wrong in advertising over in this forum as i always believe that it's human nature to share good stuff or information around so that the rest will benefits or gain from the information. what's matter the most is to depend on the individual if he or she believe or trust in the benefits ' effect of the particular product after consuming.
"you never know the benefits / effort until you try it yourself"
hope i did not offend anyone in this forum. please pardon me if i have said something that directly or indirectly offended either one of you here. I apologise first if i really did.

The reasons for the advertising ban is that this board works by helping others as opposed to helping one's self. If you can recommend something or somewhere to all then this is good.
However, if you have to use terms like PM me, email or variations of contact me, then it usually means you are not out to help others but are out to help yourself. You are not recommending anything but are just giving a sales pitch. When that happens then we start getting all kinds of garbage on the forum and people can no longer separate the wheat from the Chaff. It's for this reason that we are so strict on advertising or solicitation and spammers (multiple posting of links across numerous threads/forums).
If we discover this we usually just summarily delete the offending post and lock the account. It seems harsh but it keeps the threads easy to read. That's how it is.
A good thread to read is the sticky at the top of this forum:
