Is taking all those supplements good for health will there be any side effect after tat?

Ty transfer factor. It contains colotrum, the kind of substance that is found in breastmilk for the baby. First of all you have to get your diet squared away, which means eating as little processed foods as possible and favoring clean, green and raw foods, whole grains and staying away from the greasy fried stuff. Depending on your current condition, consider a comprehensive detox and GI cleansing program, as if your intestines are blocked then most of your supplement dollars will be wasted anyway.
Some good natural supplements are spirulina, chlorella, B complex, C, fresh wheat grass juice (which you can make at home). This stuff doesn't need to be too expensive, but you have to shop around as some of the big chains in town are really gouging on price. Most people don't need mega-doses of the vitamins either.

There are many peddlars of products on here, so what you should do is find proof that they work, and I mean scientific evidence that they work, otherwise you just waste your money.

The old traditional chinese method of drinking vinegar is probably the best, after 3500 years of history, and scientific proof that it does work, and is in fact a very good drink.
