Developing contacts in Tourism St Vincent & The Grenadin

Post by ksl » Fri, 22 Feb 2008 12:32 am

Hi everyone!

With regards to exporting ones' skills, I have very recently had an email from St Lucia in the Caribbean, A 15 room, hotel, apartment business, with fishing tour boat, snorkling and all the other tourist attractions, asking me, if I can help her, too make contact, with anyone within the industry, to discuss business opportunities...

So if there are any budding entrepeneurs, with focus on tourism, let me know by PM what you can offer in terms of a networking relationship or ideas.

This is not an advert for sales, but more of an expansion of tourism networking to work out any idea's between two parties and to discuss practical requirements for Singaporeans! There maybe Sing govt grants for extending business links abroad, I've not looked into it.

Do Singaporeans require a Visa? I have no idea!

Is the Caribbean a popular tourist area for Singaporeans?

Could it be?

Think about it! This could be potential for a new startup in package tours to the Caribbian Islands.

No I can guarantee this one! It's come via Denmark, through a connection I have over there, he's from the caribbian St Vincent, they have just asked me to connect them, with an interested party in Singapore for talks on tourist development to their Islands, so I'm throwing it out on the fishing line! I'm too busy to deal with this.

I have been asked to move down there to live though! :)

MFA hotline: 1800-476-8870, [email protected]

St Vincent is a very beautiful country and DHL (logistic mean) has access to there too. But since this is a small oceanic (carribean) country, You might concern about the rising water level and the risk of flood :)
