I require a three month lease for a single room private furnished apartment / studio.
Can anyone advise on possible options and what would a good budget ?

Your probably looking at 1000 to 1500$ prices have shot up in 2007. but i would say 1500k would be a good price budget on. If you get it cheaper, then its a bonus.
