I was just thinking about getting together a few people then start doing our own yoga exercise together.

I train on the west coast close to Boon Lay MRT station. Once every week, Wednesday from 8 to app. 9:30. Biginners course.

they're like on 2 edges of the scales...

personally i would prefer yoga... any takers?

If anyone is interested in yoga.
There's a website where it will post daily yogas videos - FREE
And if anyone is up for a session we could meet up at anyone's place or venue to start doing yoga while watching the videos. - FREE AND HASSLE FREE.
