Dual Citizenship

I'm a Singapore citizen (birth, and grew up there), but have lived in the States for over 25 years. My green card is set for renewal and I'm thinking of getting a US citizenship and passport (which comes out cheaper than renewing green card). Does anyone know of current laws in Singapore regarding dual citizenship? I read somewhere that citizens over the age of 21 can get dual citiizenship, but I can't find that article anywhere.

That's because you can't. Singapore does not allow dual citizenship after the age of 21 (in writing anyway). If you take up citizenship in another country and do not renounce your Singapore Citizenship you are in violation of Singapore Law. I assume that you have already done your NS stint in Singapore so it would be just a matter of renouncing. If you never did your NS then you have a bigger problem.
