That's because you can't. Singapore does not allow dual citizenship after the age of 21 (in writing anyway). If you take up citizenship in another country and do not renounce your Singapore Citizenship you are in violation of Singapore Law. I assume that you have already done your NS stint in Singapore so it would be just a matter of renouncing. If you never did your NS then you have a bigger problem.
