Hi,
I am thinking about buying a backpack baby carrier and until now only found one here in Singapore. This is the Macpac Possum, brand from New Zealand. Anyone who has the same one could you please let me know if you are happy with it? Also I am open for suggestions where I could find a wider range of brands, such as Deuter, Vaude or Salewa?
Thanks for any info.

Some of us use the ergo baby carrier and we are happy with it. Its quite versatile and you can put the baby front, side and back. Its also comfy and light so you can take it anywhere.
So far havent seen sold in shops, ordered mine from this website:

The ergo carrier is after 6 months old babys.
How old is your BABY????
the most carriers are for using after 6 months.
Carriers like babybjörn are not healthy for the baby.
at the first few months is a sling a good carrier to have the hands free.

We use a HugaBub sling for newborn to 6 months and then switch to the Ergo. I've recently bought a Hotsling which is okay for my newborn, but I still prefer slings/carriers that put the baby's weight evenly across both of my shoulders, not just one shoulder (as the Hotsling does).

We got ours while in Hong Kong, but the website might also ship to Singapore. It's a Macau based website:

How about the Carry-B baby carrier? It is much more suited for the weather here in Asia.
