I'll be going to Tokai clinic soon to have jaw reduction and alarplasty.
Any advice for after post surgery? Like what to avoid, to etc...Do I need to get sineech? where can I get and how daily it shld be taken?

Oh yea, where to get food if staying in romance mansion which is just behind Tokai?

Any latest feedback on these two surgeries by dr pat?

Wondering is there anyone who is considering to go to thailand for cosmetic surgery in like 2 yrs time... maybe can go tgt... as much as I wanted to go alone, the idea of having surgery alone in a foreign country just freak me out... perhaps I didnt even have any experience to begin with...
