Why don't you wait until you are offered an interview or better still a firm job offer. A lot of people don't like answering this question as they regard earnings as something personal. Besides as condescending as it sounds you are rather 'putting the cart before the horse.'

hi giamjiahui,

To a certain extend, I can't agree more with Plavt. While I can understand that you're keen to find out more, why not spend more time on a good cover letter / CV instead?

It is quite a sensitive issue and pay issues for air crew is also a rather complicated matter.

As far as I know, allowances are paid for in pounds. What do you say about that?

hi miko,

Is this the first time that you're applying for a job?

You can find samples of cover letters and CVs or resumes by using the search engines.

HTHS, cheers.

Actually I don't know but that would seem logical since all BA's finances are likely to be controlled from the UK. At a rate of nearly three $SGD to a £1 perhaps that's why there are seldom any vacancies? Singaporeans will have to make the most of it if the above is true, once we join the exchange rate mechanism things might not be as rosy. :P

SGD is strong at the moment. interbank rate at the moment is £1.00 to S$2.76. remember, this is interbank rate which you will not get from your local bank because of the "load" they put in, so what you will get will be even lower!

Hi All,

Does anyone here knows how are the flight patterns and offdays like for BA Sin-Base Cabin Crew? How's the mthly roster like? How many offdays do we get average in a mth? Any standbys?

I really hope to find some answers here. Many thanks!

Hi Sweetcheeks,

The Flight Patterns were mentioned in another thread..
If i'm not wrong BA SIN based crews only fly to London/Sydney/Shanghai..

Hey Fatty,

I've sent mine in...
Hopefully they're willing to consider 'mothers'. I'm in my 20's with 2 kids, and i ain't sure if i stand any chance at all.
But hey.. "you dun try you dun know".. So i'm praying and hoping for the best...

Fellow Podders,

Any advise on the interview process?

TIA,
Dru
