(is a plus). That means if you speak Cantonese it is an advantage but you need to be fluent in Mandarin since that is the Chinese spoken in Singapore and China.....

hmmm... i'm quite surprise that if you do know hw to speak cantonese it will be a plus since it covers mostly more or china and singapore..
i dont think they will expect u to write right since you will be communicating with the customer in mandarin or cantonese and not write out and show it to them?
hmmm... if anyone receive any call from them to let me know k...
since their date line already closed... guess there will be at least some calling or email to ask to go for the interview.

hopefully we get the phone calls before worrying for the passage n transaltion thingy...best is to prepare urself with a self intro in chinese jus in case...
maybe it will be a plus to the passage reading translation...

im juz afraid that if someone spontaneously does intro in chinese, they might tink ur kinda show off? or would they be impressed?

hmm...self intro in chinese upon their request..play safe to have in mind wat you wil say in chinese n english..jus in case..
i agree that BA is not the only airline but looking at its low turnover rate...shows that they have a good staff treatment and i'm sure we can learn diff things from every airline..
thus we've to try hard and give our best shot at every interview at any airline...
