For Sin Base Training is very intensive...6 weeks in HK.

there will be tests n assesments every now n then...

Training divided into 2 parts: Safety & Service Training.

Written n computer base tests are included as well..

Its very challenging n u get to learn smth new each day. :)

Help! I've gone for 1st round interview in KL for hkg base crew and received a card that says your application is under consideration, if not contacted within two weeks means application unsuccessful. Anyone has any idea what is this all about? is it a polite way of informing those candidates who failed that they are not qualified?

i got the green card in 2nd round!!!! :( :( :(

At least you manage to go to 2nd round, i think you still stand a chance. how many people are they employing actually? do you know whether they have gratuity? and basic salary? they only mention that monthly pay is 16000 HKD

not sure how many ppl they going to employ. but so sad got the green card it consider as fail~

any current cathay sin based crew out there able to help us find out when will it be the next sin based recruitment... missed d last one n hav been waiting for the nex one....

cx recruits annually so do look out for their advert on straits times! so the next earliest one should be in 2009. goodluck ;)

for malaysian crew base in hong kong, u can checkout the website whereas for sin base crew, both website and ST.

Go to the above link, there's no recruitment for sin base currently. Maybe you can check again around year end, look out for the ad in straits times as well.

O'level is the minimum :)
