Dear All, i finally got the training package in the morning..there's lot of thing to read about and study. I'll be joininng the 1st batch training.
im jus wondering do u all have any idea on wad to bring over there. Any checklist?please advice..thank you...=).

there's a checklist in one of the booklets.. but i dun think it helps..

-jus send them a copy of ur resume to CX. according to the deadline they'll get back to u within 2 weeks.

-an email wil be sent to u, if u've been successful and meet their requirements according to ur resume. U'll need to go down for the first round of interview.

-CX culture and briefing about the job

-height, n arm reach will be taken.

-u'll be divided into groups for a group interview.

-group interview: self intro & a topic for group discussion

-end of this they'll give u a card n u'll wait for their reply for the next round.

Hi everybody....

I'm Indonesian and I'm also called for CX interview which will be held on May 7th. Actually, it surprises me as I'm not young anymore (29 y.o).

But, I'm still wondering about the passport. My passport has been expired. Is it OK to bring my expired passport??? Why we are asked to bring our passport ??? What is the purpose ??

Btw, I'm still disheartened coz I failed at SQ recruitment on February. I was booted out after the height measurement session. They said I was less than 158 cm...only 157...hiks....
