went for my check up yesterday...
the doctor was very friendly...but he checked almost everything...
even ask if i've tattoo...thinkin..if i have..need to show him izzit?
hee...
i know that urine test have immediate results..but did they tell u anything bout it?
Btw i asked the doc when we will get the call..n from who..
doc say if everything's ok..we will receive call from CX..
if further tests needs to be taken..CX will be informed n the doc would be the one calling..for the candidate to make a appoinment for further tests...hope this helps..

Yup, agree the staff and doc are very friendly

They have the paper to test ur urine, thnk can tell briefly if your protein level is high or not.
He says everything should be ready by a week or so. Did he check your spinal? He did and he used some gadget (like some ruler) to carry out the check.
Also, he mentioned that there will be another batch coming in next two weeks for check too.

Just bck from last Sat medical, went on quite smoothly...
1) We have to fill up the medical declaration form from Cathay
2) Urine test
3) X-ray taken
4) Blood taken
5) Eye-sight test (with AND without lenses/glasses)
6) Height & Weight (including arm reach test agn)
7) Thorough body check-up. Such as blood pressure, hearing, eye&nose check,ear check & basically everything even your feet... for any hard skin or cones...Doc will look out for birthmarks, tatoos & even operation scars..
All the best for those who have gone to the medical & do update us for any outcome... Cheers!
