I was interviewed by 2 ladies, one of which is the lady whom I saw during round one. She's very friendly as she took me into the room and gave me a warm handshake. Same with the other lday.

Interview was causal. NO situational and we chat about my current job and asked about the history of CX. I told them I read about the I can Fly programme.

I was also given green card (which looks like blue) and she asked whether I have any questions for them. I said no and she asked whether I want to know how the pay is like? Then she elaborated on the pay scale. Will roughly get about SD $2800-3k.

She also told me training will start in mid may (to be confirmed).

Hope I can get it!!! :D

anyway slavequarters i think ur chances are pretty high... they even took an effort to explain to you abt the pay, which is really good!

anyway why some people 2 interviewers, some people only 1 ah?

Just curious, u got green or blue card? Interview by 2 interviewers?
Thx!
Green card.
The lady who interview me informed me that everyone get a green card :???:

I was interviewed by 2 interviewers, but only one of them ask questions. Another just watching.

I really doubt I stand a chance :(

whitepetals: yes, her name was debora (duno if i spelled correctly  )

lingZZ86: i got two interviewer, 9am slot. apparently, i am the 1st one to reach, so i was told to wait outside, another girl came in also 9am slot. so i was asked to go for the debora's interview first. after the interview with her, i was given a green card, and the ladies in black outside gave me some forms to fill up. another inteviewer by the chinese lady, passage reading was given and she uses mandrian to speak to me. a little awakard, as i guess they use 'biao zhun hua yu' to speak, so quite a bit uncomfortable, but over all was alright. she gave quite a high score. i think :o

if is really end of may, i will be extremely happy or rather a bit sad. i will be having my graduation on 28 of may =(.. hope it don't clash with them.

Guys!
No worries, think we all stand equal chances of getting the job.

I am still keeping my fingers crossed.

Anyways, CX recruitment is far off a very good experience for me! The interviewers are very friendly and professional.

Let's pray hard together and work towards our goal.

Btw, heard medical round is diificult to pass? They checked basically everything. Don't know what's their criteria.

 :P

Yup, personally I really enjoy the whole recruitment exercise. It's especially good that they have a presentation about the airline. The recruiter also the friendliest i've been encounter so far ( not only airline job, but other job interview as well )

Overall very enjoyable experience. Even if I dont work for them, I highly consider flying with them as a passanger :)

to clear ur doubts...
room with 2 unterviwer one is from the first group interview name Margreat..they are from Sin Base CX..
Deborah herself is actually from HK Base CX..

so on diff days they were swap into 2 diff rooms..
so u might get a difficult situation if u get a sin base n hk base interviwers..cause their criteria n qns are diff..have diff point of view..
if lucky...
jus a 2 Sin Base interviewer or 1 Hk base interviewer..

mine was deborah..from HK base..she's rather friendly..but afraid that behind teh friendly smile she have high standrads.. :???:
deborah cleared my doubts that only green card was given..but ppl may misunderstood it as blue...

during my interview i did ask deborah when will we get a call or reply..she said within 2 to 4 weeks to be exact..
they might send an email/ make a call..or both..
got 2 possibilities..

and i got a situational qns of what if u have a idea n ur boss jus doesn't like it n thinks it's thrash?

i jus answered that i would hope to get a chance to talk to my boss on his/ her suggestion..and find out the pros and cons about it..n figure out a fool proof n better idea..
she even ask casual qns like wat u like about singapore..

so if sin base from cx..dun think they have qns like that...it varies..
but the interview was a gd experience... :D
