But just wanna double check, so far what I've heard is that SIN-based crew will only do turnaround flights to HK and Colombo? Anyone can confirm? Thanks!

from wat i see from other forum, colombo is no longer part of Sin-based flight due to safety reason. but im nt too sure too.

so worried bout the interview.. haha.. don noe wat they will ask.. xD

It's pretty standard. You will go into a room where someone from Cathay will do the presentation to tell you more about the job, benefits as a crew, etc. Then each of you will be called for height measurement. If you doesn't meet their criteria, you will be asked to leave.

Next, a group of 8-10 will go into a smaller room. It starts with self-introduction. Don't forget to smile even when you're giving your introduction. (Hint: Confidence)

Then the interviewer will give each of you a paper with a topic. As a group, you will be asked to discuss about the topic within few minutes and then someone has to present points that you have concluded as a team. During the discussion, try not to talk too much, but don't be too quiet. Most importantly, don't be aggressive. (Hint: Team-work)

Before the interviewer decides who goes to the next round, she will ask you guys to chat among yourself. She will secretly look at you, so please behave and don't talk too loud.

Those who received yellow card, you will go to the next round. Those with blue/green card, don't be sad. It doesn't mean you will not go to the next round. Some will be called after the interview to go for the next round. And take note that the next round for the last recruitment was the following day. Some of you who are working may have to take leave again.

Been there and done that. During my time only 2 of us (1 guy + 1 ex-stewardess) in my group went to the next round. Just keep smiling.

from what i understand, CX Day 1 Interview will comprise of a company presentation, followed by height measurement, and group interview.

after which, they will select applicants for the next day.

Can anyone kindly share what is the process like for 2nd and final round interview? need to read / write Chinese passage or anything? any skin check?
