This maybe interesting for foreign workers, that are on agency books, about fees, the agency can take.

That one is pretty well known. The problem is there is a way around that that the government is well aware of and cannot do anything about. The recruiter uses a recruiter in the source country. That recruiter charges the job seeker and pays a commission to the local recruiter for acting as the conduit between the foreign recruiter and the local company. As it is a foreign company that is screwing the job seeker there is nothing that can be done about it from this end with local laws.

Yes! It's bad, i was thinking how they got away with it! :cry:
