Those won't work for her as they are too big. We are limited by a 10kb maximum file size for 'tars. That's why I am having a problem as well.

These are too big in file size to use as an avatar on this site anyway but you may want to save them anyway.

One can use paint to make an avatar the required size (my own was too big), however it dosen't work with those suggested in my previous post probably because of the animation, something I didn't check out earlier.

However, we will have to keep it simple as I know ozchick is not well up on computer programs.

Plavt,

Mine current one was too big as well initially. I used a very old copy of Photo Elements 1.0 to resize and often reduce the color bits. In my shark/diver 'tar I also removed a couple of the layers/frames as well in order to reduce the overall size. It's not as smooth flowing now as the original nor are the colours as shaded due to the lower bitsize for the palette and fewer frames.
