Hi, I confess that don't know if these will help, but try ...
(a) The Japanese Association
(b) Daimaru/Meiji-ya on Clarke Quay
(c) Major hotels along Orchard Road.
If any of the newsagents in these places have a copy, you may be able to ask where they source theirs from. Alternatively, try calling JAL/ANA to see what they do with the spare copies they dish out on flights.
There used to be a place that specialised in delivering foreign newpapers, I'll see if I can get the details. One detail I -do- remember is that it was expensive!
Good luck.

Hey thanks for all the infomation .. thanks mate.

well, i was being refer to a subscription service provider
but i only am thinking of purchasing the paper on some particular

Hi, we (actually my wife) found the online version ...
http://www.japantimes.co.jp

... and my small contribution was to find how to subscribe for overseas ...
http://www.japantimes.co.jp/sales/subsc ... rseasorder

Might be expensive though.
Good luck
