Looking for condo around $2500-$3000

Hello there!

We'll be moving to Singapore in March 2008. Husband will work on the East Coast by the airport. We have a 2 year old wonderful son.

Does anyone have any suggestions regarding condos/hdb that are family friendly and around our budget of $2500-$3000?

almost all condos/flats in singapore are family friendly.

as for looking for a place, your best bet is to engage an estate agent to look for you. location that is near changi - tampines and pasir ris.

Does anyone know if there are Season Parking that is not expensive around Cecil Street? The only one I know is The Clift which has a huge waiting...

u may wanna trawl the appropriate thread in hardwarezone where people resell or transfer season parking in cbd at a (i think) lower than market rate.
