My sister and I use the same therapist for different purposes but got the same effects!

Our therapist's name is Maggie and she is a certified therapist in her early 30s. Her hp number 94777536.

She is my sister's friend and my sister engaged her for postnatal massages. According to my sister, the massages were very relaxing and they helped her to regain her good health, strength and beauty- she passed out large chunks of blood (lochia) after the first few massages and she was able to wear her pregnancy clothes after 10 sessions.

For me, I engaged Maggie to help me slim.. I have had 4 sessions with her already. My weight did not go down dramatically but I see my upper arms, thighs and (most importantly) tummy firmer. I like her massages too. Her pressure is very good.

Try her and PM me if you like her service. Enjoy.

Don't know if this is what you are looking for but there is an article in Women's Weekly that mentions Wayan Retreat Balinese Spa; first spa for Malay women. They do traditional Pre & Post Natal Urut massages.

Hello Ashrebecca and Shura..

She charged my sister SGD350 for 7 sessions (postnatal). Subsequent session at SGD40. My sister took 10 sessions. For me, she charged SGD60 per session (slimming).

She is a Chinese.

Her namecard says she does Swedish Massage, Javanese massage and Post-natal massage.. Her card also says she got a Dip. in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage, ITEC (UK) and a Certificate in Postnatal Massage, NSRC (Singapore).

I forgot to add that there is something that we really like about Maggie is that she knows Chinese acupoints and how to apply them in her massages! She studied Chinese medicine for more than 2 years but gave up when she went for a really long overseas trip.. (A waste, really)

My sister's palms felt numb after childbirth. Doc said it is normal but she felt very lousy. When my sister told Maggie about it, Maggie massaged some points on her hands and she could feel the relief almost instantly.

For me, I work long hours in office and I have the persistent problem of stiff and aching shoulders. But now with her massages with acupressure, I must say my condition improved tremendously. She would pressed on the muscles on my shoulders and I will feel a very dull pain (but good kind of pain, if you know what I mean) and later, my shoulders will feel less stiff.

BabyBreeze (http://www.babybreeze.biz) also offer pre/post-natal massages and other services.

I'm actually thinking of enrolling in their mom-and-bay yoga or postnatal pilates, but they don't have the sched up for later this year yet.
