Try waking up 20 mins ealry and take a 15 min touch base meditation every morning.

It easy and has a lot of benefits.

Basically sit upright, place both feet on the floor and acknowledge/feel each body part as you work your way up to the top of your head. Whilst doing this bretah from the stomach slow and strong.

I know how you feel; the best thing I can suggest is Dahn Yoga. I think you can go with my link there is Ilchi Lee they can help you… for your all stressed.
