That will be in the small print of your contract, but generally, you're allowed a free replacement if things don't work out. In your case you could probably even claim breach of contract regardless of what the contract says... if and only if you've actually got your requirements and/or their promises (English spoken, experience with kids) down in writing.

chixchix, do "you" have a copy of her biodata? If so, I would be inclined to agree with JP inasmuch as the breached the contract by not providing what you asked for even a little bit. Her lying is not you problem but theirs. However, neither of us are lawyers........

:wink: thanks for your advise. But the agent wants me to pay $250 for the insurance of the maid.which I also dont wish to pay.

Can we make this complain with CASE ? However, I would pay the maid's salary.

For the third time -- do you have a copy of the biodata in writing?

And have you told the agency that the maid is not acceptable and you want a replacement?
