Italian: Oso Restaurant on Tanjan Pagar
French: Au Petit Salut Restaurant on Tanglin Village
Chinese: Romanee's Kitchen at Lau Pa Sat
Grill: Prive on Kepel Island
Local Sea Food: Long Beach on Tanglin Village
Fine Dining modern: San Marco at Fullerton Hotel
A bit of everything: Mezza 9 at Hyatt Hotel
