Homy-ped shoes. Where to buy?

Post by ozchick » Tue, 05 Feb 2008 6:29 pm

These are really comfortable, reasonably expensive shoes that are great to work in but I've not seen them here in Sing. Anyone know if they're available here. Tried googling for this info with no luck.

You won't find them here, sorry Ozchick. Buy up if you go home on a visit.

Have you tried ecco? My wife has severe heal problems and swears by them, won't wear anything else.

Ecco is a brand, they are sold in lots of department stores around town. You could also try Mephisto, top-notch walking shoe.

Pasar Malam = night market

flip-flops (local & rest of the world) = thongs (aus)

thongs (local & rest of the world) = ??? (aus) very tiny knickers?

edited for update:

??? (aus) very tiny knickers? = Bum-Floss (courtesy Splatted)

ozchick, if you're really stuck I can buy a pair on your behalf here in Melbourne. However, cost of postage is the real killer. I don't know any cheap way of posting to Sg.

Gracias 'splatted' but I'll be home at Easter so I'll get some then. Meanwhile I will try the 'ecco' or maybe some Birkenshaws? but there's nothing quite like Homy-peds...but then- all good things come from Oz !

Have you tried Kumpfs (most likely spelt incorrectly). There use to be a place in Tanglin where you could get them. Easter is early this year!

Can second Matney's Kumfs recommendation! Better than Homy Ped too.
