Kovan Melody

Post by mks » Tue, 05 Feb 2008 6:10 pm

Just checked out a small 3 bdrm apt in Kovan Melody. It looks promising but dont know much about the area. Any observations? Does the area have the necessary amenities? What's the mix like?

Also, the asking is $4500 per month....Is that the right price?

I am working in Suntec. Would like to get a rough idea about the commute times.

I guess, that's the new condo's by the petrol station, 5 minute walk from the MRT and Kovan shopping mall, the 50 meter swimming pool at Hougang 3 is not far, and you have local amenities gym ect in the vicinity of the shopping mall, round the back.

Although why pay for a condo? If you can rent HDB

Maybe they know no better! That's why i mentioned it,.....there is also poor, poor and very poor, so I'm grateful for what i have :) One must always give back too....no matter how small the reward is in life, sharing, is the key!

To increase your wealth & wisdom :)

Why be greedy, when it makes you sick! Life is full of surprises, and when they happen, one wonders why.
