Hi - sorry but i am new to forums & searched on cooking classes and found a few i wanted to respond to! i am a keen foodie & love the idea of learing to cook whilst in singapore! Expat kitchen is a company for training the helpers - i also saw a few listings under cooknig classes on the internet for ladies also teaching local cuisines in singapore (must admit - did not look for indian! and there is some listings for classes for ladies who teach us moms to cook as well! i did try palate sensations - her setup is amazing!
