Your original question contained so little information it's impossible to answer. By "help", do you mean a branch, a franchise, a salesman, or somebody who can design a marketing campaign? Are you selling bowls of laksa, jumbo jet engines, insurance by phone, adult toys by mail or what?

Moderators are supposed to perform like commercial divers. We used to say we have done so much with so little for so long that we are now qualified to do anything with nothing!

SMS is right. What is a product agent? It's like asking for a piece of rope. What type, how thick, what you wanna do with it? All those questions will give you a definitive answer instead of what you've got.

I could be a product agent for all you know. I design things so therefore I could be in a position to market your product (and no I'm not advertising my services sms). Could that not be considered a product agent??

Just taking a wild guess, I think what you mean is a distributor. Is that right?
That comes down to help from people here and a bit of research on google, yahoo etc etc. Now if you told us what your product is then maybe some wise old people here could point you in the right direction.
Don't p*ss me off! I am running out of places to hide the bodies.

We or my wife is a product agent, we have the sole agency...and we are expected to live up, to the targets, that are set, within agreed negociations of course.

There are specific dangers, with outsourcing to a product agent, which manufacturers, and distributors of products should be aware of.

Product branding and distribution, may interest your competitor so much, that he volunteers, his service, to distribute your product. Once the contract is signed, he laughs, and continues to enjoy, the benefits of promoting is own product brand, he has a interest in.

It could be financially viable for him, to hold your product back, because it is a threat to his own market share, So one needs to be careful, who one is recruiting to take on the task!

It does look like SMS, JP and other moderators, are expected to be able to look into the crystal ball! Which is quite funny :o why people don't think about details, when they are writing.

Okay one doesn't have to be a creative genius, but it does help, to read and comprehend the sentence and question, to see if it could be answered, before posting! :)
