Is body building hard core? I guess you mean on steroids, becuase that's the only way, anyone will have a chance, to compete over here, and I should know, having pumped iron for 40 years.pemble wrote:Hi all,
I am relocating to Singapore in April sometime, to start a new job. I am a keen bodybuilder here in England, and after much searching, have found my perfect gym, with all the proper "hardcore" equipment, not just flash machines.
My question is, are there any expats (or indeed, natives) who can recommend a good "hardcore" gym in Singapore?

Please excuse KSL. Whenever you are not asking for advice, he'll be the first to give it. Then again, he's been pumping iron for forty years so he is well qualified. I once heard that SKL was the first to teach Arnold that "milk is for babies"!!
There are no hardcore bodybuilding specific gyms in Singapore, just the big conglomerates like Fitness First, California Fitness & Planet Fitness.
They're all much the same, so I'd go with whatever is most conveniently located for you. Cali Fitness probably has the best range of hammer strength equipment but they have a large contingency of fairies as there clientelle.
Something of interest for you; They've got the Singapore National Bodybuilding Titles (IFBB) on in mid - April.
So funny.....but you got to admit, milk today is not what it used to be! You can't beat good old breast milk, so keep sucking those titties guys, you'll get all the nourishment, you never had.I once heard that SKL was the first to teach Arnold that "milk is for babies"!!
I heard it was 1k for a batch of ?Big Guns wrote:HGH is the fountain of youth. A very xpensive fountain...
Stallone has been using it to get in shape for the latest Rambo & Rocky movies..
He was charged for bringing large quantities into Australia.
