I have just moved out of my apartment and am having trouble getting my deposit back from my landlord who is accusing me of unfounded defect allegations.
Can anyone suggest legal avenues to follow to retrieve my deposit?

There isn't any legal avenues, apart from Consumer Association CASE and the small claims court just now. The laws mostly lean towards the landlords.
