I have been desperately looking for this dish called Kam Ja Tang but was told by many korean restaurant owners that they have dropped the dish off the menu due to low demand....

Approximately 5 seconds with Google finds me this:

TUE 4 SEP - Sook (http://sooksfoodnotes.blogspot.com)
Hyang To-Gol Korean Restaurant
The Amara Singapore Hotel Level 2
165 Tanjong Pagar Road (S)088539
TRY! - Gamjatang (spicy pork rib & potato soup)
Vaguely heretical thoughts on travel technology at Gyrovague
